Setup is the core engagement. At the end of 90 days, your business is registered, certified in the right order, has a capability statement contracting officers will actually read, a past-performance file in the format an evaluator expects, and a bid framework that scores live opportunities before you commit a weekend to them.

§ 01 · What you get
Deliverables, named and bounded.
Everything below is included. You will know what is shipping and when.
- 01SAM.gov registration completed end-to-end, with renewal calendar documented.
- 02Your certification path filed in the right order, with documents pre-staged for each.
- 03A one-page capability statement built from your real operation, not a template.
- 04Your past performance reformatted into the structure an evaluator expects.
- 05A scored bid-versus-no-bid framework loaded with your real registration data.
- 06An opportunity pipeline live in your inbox, scanning daily, scoring against your framework.
- 07Weekly check-ins. A written progress log. Documented hand-off at day 90.
§ 02 · What this is not
Scope clarity. We tell you up front what is out of scope.
If you need any of these, we will tell you on the intake call and point you to someone who does it.
- Proposal writing on live solicitations. Bid response is inside Level 03 retainer or a separate fixed-scope engagement.
- Teaming brokerage. We do not introduce or broker subcontracting relationships in Setup. Teaming is Level 04.
- Marketing or sales-funnel work. Setup gets you eligible. Demand generation is a separate vendor.
- Accounting, payroll, or DCAA-compliant timekeeping setup. We will refer you to a federal-contracting CPA.
- Cybersecurity certifications (CMMC, FedRAMP). Specialty work, separate vendor, referrable.
