Teaming sits at the top of the engagement ladder. It is the only level that requires our certifications to be live, not pre-staged. Available to current and former clients first, then opened to a small bench of vetted small businesses where the scope fit is right and the contracting-officer relationship is in place.

Deliverables, named and bounded.
Everything below is included. You will know what is shipping and when.
- 01JTJRE Corp as prime, with you as subcontractor on scope you deliver.
- 02Or JTJRE Corp as subcontractor where your set-aside eligibility primes and ours adds capacity.
- 03Joint-venture structure where the opportunity warrants it.
- 04Past-performance assembly across both entities for the proposal.
- 05Documented teaming agreement with scope, share, and performance criteria specified up front.
§ 02 · What this is not
Scope clarity. We tell you up front what is out of scope.
If you need any of these, we will tell you on the intake call and point you to someone who does it.
- Open to anyone with a SAM registration. We vet specialty capability and contracting-officer relationship before any teaming agreement.
- Available before our certifications complete. This level is reserved.
- A way to use our set-aside posture to bid scope we cannot perform. The performing entity must actually perform.
- Replacement for your own SAM, certifications, or capability statement. Levels 01 through 03 still apply.
