§ 01 · What you get

- 02Written playbook released module by module, yours to keep.
- 03Templates for SAM entity validation, certification filings, capability statement, past performance, bid scorecard.
- 04Weekly accountability check-in. You commit to the week's work in writing.
- 05Group voice chat for between-session questions.
- 06Your own SAM, certifications, capability statement, and bid framework finished by week eight.

Scope clarity. We tell you up front what is out of scope.
If you need any of these, we will tell you on the intake call and point you to someone who does it.

- Done-for-you. You do the work. We teach, review, and unblock.
- Asynchronous. Sessions are live. Recordings help if you miss one, but pace matters.
- Open enrollment. We cap cohort size and screen on the intake call for fit.
